Another thing they look for is your Academic Performance (or your Grade Point Average). Firms that hire you like to feel you are knowledgeable and can take charge of things. Fourth is evidence of leadership and people skills. As a consultant you will need to be able to work with all types of clients some of whom can be difficult or even unpleasant. Your resume needs to show proof that you can deal with such cases. Your ability to cope with stressful situations and deadlines should also be included. Tell them about the kinds of leadership positions you held and the kinds of tasks you had to do.
